JHagewood, LLC is a small privately owned company specializing in consulting to the fibers, textiles, nonwovens and related industries. Services are offered in many areas. These include the development of new fiber and textile products and the formulation of strategic business plans. Technical services are offered in the development of new fiber spinning processes both for melt spun fibers and solution spinning including hollow fiber membranes for hemodialysis, water purification and gas separation. Specialization in the area of bicomponent fiber spinning is also offered. This is of particular value in developing new spunbond, melt blowing and other nonwovens processes.

We are also associated with several other companies. One of these is AEI, Inc. that provides spinnerets for the development and production of hollow fiber membranes. These spinnerets are unique in that various parts can be interchanged to produce different size fibers without having to purchase completely new spinnerets.
